One Piece Strong World Collection Part 3 & 4

Other than rolling coins towards the Land of the Rising Sun, I've been creating scratches on my AMEX with the machine over at Latendo..



Although this looks like the tiny figure collection earlier, being from different manufacturers (Bandai vs Banpresto), there are still some differences. (Trying to justify for my bad spending habits)


Most obvious difference. Chopper is casted in different forms for the 2 sets.


Then comes Brook. Jaw open and smiling (Not that u can see clearly since he is all bones)
WARNING: The neck of the Banpresto version is VERY FRAGILE. If plasticination sets in, Brook's head would probably be the 1st to roll, considering that I already broke one of Light Yagami Nendroids' neck nodes due to the weakened molecule structure.

Usopp. Not that obvious but I just have to say that the Banpresto version looks like those To-Fus.

Not much difference other than the Banpresto version being more chao bin.


These 2 sets are almost identical except for Robin's standing angle, fringe and the tilt angle of Luffy's head.

Conclusion: Different. HAHA!

The 3 black ants or watever bug (back row beside the blue tiger on the right)gave me the creeps when I was assembling them. What if they come alive and crawls around my hand!?!?! SOOOoo cockroachy..

RR collected these on Christmas Eve 順便-ingly, while I was rotting away somewhere. Nice set, considering how minute they are (about 4cm tall).

2009 聖誕好料s!

今年的禮物 + 去年動物聯盟(OK RR doesnt want cheena name.. it shall be AU then..)讓我領養的三只牛。

左手邊的那三樣 (Pooh的收藏袋+Sumajin的耳機電線卷+牛臉筆記本) 都是那只鳥送的。很不搭﹐而且仔細一看才發覺那個收藏袋很大! 都不知要裝什麼好。。噢!她還在我們的禮物上劃了我們的動物樣﹐改天要記得跟她要照片。哎呀! 也忘了拍我送她們的。。

那個盒裝的東西則是RR送的﹐有一隻牛又可掛湯匙的杯蓋﹐應該會拿去辦公室吧。

R2D2是貓貓送的﹐拆開時還在想哪一面才是正面。我沒有看Star Wars 啦!

再來﹐那兩條圍巾﹐Poly的聖誕聚會時Serene送的。(其實是我要求的! HAHA!)我看上了StayReal的那個圍巾花紋﹐就拿給她去找﹐那時StayReal也還沒開始賣。聽說她還花了一些時間去找。

最後﹐那個Gingerbread Girl餅是黑幫大姐頭的手禮。還在桌上。。吃些有形體的東西我最沒轍了﹐那些壽司店的八爪魚寶寶是其中之一﹐很像在謀殺一樣(雖然已經死了)。。哎﹐就那種感覺啦! 等我殺了她我再博一頁。

ebay的第一次

從ebay購買的One Piece Ichiban Kuji Strong World Set 來了!!

有點過度興奮﹐頭痛了。。

第一次在ebay購物﹐以前都是在Yahoo SG Auctions買些二手CD。總覺得ebay所拍賣的物品沒比Yahoo SG Auctions來得多﹐賣者也好多都不是新加坡人﹐不知信不信得過。而且又要用信用卡申請Paypal。太麻煩了!

其實這次真的是為了這套玩具﹐熬過了那些麻煩的手續﹐當了ebayer! 好幾天都在ebay International 和ebay SG 徘徊﹐看哪個賣家出的價格比較便宜。還好我沒衝動﹐不然可虧大了。殺了差不多USD45﹐要付錢時﹐才發現要verify信用卡。*心急* Amex又很慢! 我又忘了用哪個電郵來聯接Paypal與ebay。最後用了另一個電郵﹐另一張卡(不知道為什麼這張不用verify)﹐害我又少積Krisflyer miles。

今天就乘陽光普照﹐拆出來照相咯!

所以﹐給Misa第一本死亡日記的死神Gelus﹐是因為喜歡上Misa﹐為了保護她﹐在死亡日記里寫了想傷害Misa的痴情粉絲的名字﹐而在死神界粉滅的。REM目睹了這一切便決定把Gelus留下的死亡日記交給Misa。

REM的粉滅﹐也是因為它被Light的詭計逼得進退兩難。

為了保護Misa (那時的Kira是Misa)
1) 如果L還是搜查組總領﹐搜查組終究會把矛頭指向她。
2) Misa對Light痴心一片﹐一定會想辦法與L接觸﹐幫Light把L殺死。倘若L在與Misa接觸後便死亡﹐搜查組便更加確定Misa是Kira。
3) Misa由於已換了兩次死亡眼睛﹐所剩餘的壽命也不長了﹐如果REM犧牲自己﹐寫下L的真名﹐殺了他﹐Misa不但能獲得更長的壽命﹐Light也會順其自然得成為搜查組總領﹐誤導搜查組不讓Misa被懷疑。

REM想給她幸福﹐而最終順著Light的計劃在死亡日記上寫上Watari和L的真名後﹐在走廊上化成沙。

其實L在漫畫的第7集就死去了﹐調查Kira的組織派了兩位天才兒童繼續L的遺志。所以 [死亡日記II] 最精彩的部份是L如何反敗為勝 (跟動漫不同嘛)。

One Piece Strong World Collection Part 1 & 2

One Piece Strong World movie is premiering in Japan today.

Damn! How I bloody wish I am now in Japan and either joining the que at ALL theatres for the film; or at least around the area taking shots of the crowd while immersing myself in the excitement and hope the que tones down in half a day's time.

I dun wanna wait ONE BLOODY YEAR!! (or so says RR, for the film to be subtitled and streamed online)

I really dun mind going to TW in Feb either.. IF they dun dub it in mandarin, that is.

ARGH!

Just look at the crowd!! (yes this is a backdated post..)

Somehow One Piece just have some magic in it which keeps the money rolling in for Oda-san. All the licensing and rights. He's probably a billionaire by now, if not, at least a multi-millionaire! One Piece is jus a piece of anime classic!

How I wish I could have ONE song which becomes a classic n keeps the $$ rolling in for me. :p ~HAHA! fat hope.. wish longer..~
